3.FMW Power supplies charge spares for the generator after guarantee period or charge spares of damage created by end customers within guarantee period.

Manufacture Tracking Service

Once the customers receive generator sets or generator alternators, FMW Power will offer online real-time installation and pre start preparations guidance, and FMW Power can also provide the special services accordingly in case of necessity, which is to assign the generator engineering technologist with rich installation experience to the scene and instruct the on-site installation.
2、Operator Training
If only the customer requires training services for generator operation, we will arrange the technical personnel training, namely operator training. The customer can send technical personnel to FMW Power factory to be trained or FMW Power can assign a professional technical engineer to customers’ location to train the technical personnel.
